ANDREW ALEXANDRE

Andrew started out in trucking with no CDL or industry connections. Despite those obstacles, as a first generation American with parents from Haitian descent, a vision to succeed was planted in him early on.

When the “mega” carrier he leased his trucks under pulled the plug on his contract, out of nowhere, Andrew decided he would never give someone else the power to determine his business future again.

Yet by age 27, Andrew went from owning a couple of trucks to running a multi-million dollar truck fleet. He broke through the ceiling to achieve what new trucking businesses dream of by combining biblical principles with “outside-the-box” thinking.

His story made history when it was featured on Truck-N-Hustle, a popular Youtube channel in the trucking industry. The interview holds the record for MOST WATCHED with over 4 million views!

The public response to that interview was so positive that 2 years later, he was inspired to serve in a new way…

Andrew is the Founder of Alexen Academy. A digital platform where he reveals the secrets to start and grow a trucking fleet.

Through his techniques, Andrew’s trucking company generated over $5 million in less than 5 years and ranked #7 of The Top 100 BEST FLEETS in the country by the National Fleet Management Association (NAFA).
